St. Mary's Duluth Clinic
St. Mary's Duluth Clinic
The St. Mary’s Duluth expansion is a new 235,000 SF seven-story health care clinic which contains outpatient imaging, radiology, women’s care, administration, a restaurant, loading docks and two skyways leading to city-owned parking ramps. Foundation walls and footings are cast-in-place concrete. Structural steel framing supports composite decks.

A new skyway connects the new facility with the existing Miller-Dwan building. The new clinic building is located across Superior Street from the Historic Fitger's Brewery on the shores of Lake Superior and has a beautiful view of the lake and the aerial lift bridge.
